KPMC principal owner James Ketter is a seasoned, business-savvy, reputable, and local high-performance building professional providing owner’s representation, project management, sustainability, and construction contract administration services in the Four Corners region. Jim is a Mechanical Engineer, Registered Professional Engineer, and LEED Accredited Professional.

Participated on the Long Range Facilities Planning Committee (LRPC), which guided the updated Master Planning process. The Master Plan served as the basis for a recently approved $90M Bond.
